1. Introduction
These terms are an agreement between Minket and you, or the organization you use Minket for. By using the console or the API you accept them and the privacy policy. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you may do so.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for the people you add to your organization, and for everything done with your API keys. Keep keys secret and delete any key that may have been exposed. Tell privacy@minket.com if you think someone used your account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
Send only email its recipients asked for or expect, from domains and mailboxes you are allowed to use, and follow the email and privacy laws that apply to you. You may not use Minket to:
- send unsolicited bulk email or email to purchased or scraped lists;
- send phishing, malware or email that impersonates someone;
- send anything unlawful or infringing;
- keep emailing people who unsubscribed, or work around Minket's limits;
- test, probe or interfere with the security of the service.
Minket may pause sending that harms deliverability, such as a project whose bounces or complaints climb, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Usage limits
New accounts send within daily and monthly limits shown in the console, and the API has rate limits described in the documentation. Minket may change limits to protect the service.
5. Your content
The email, contacts and other data you put into Minket remain yours. You allow Minket to store and process them only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes. You are responsible for having the right to send what you send. A data processing agreement is available on request.
6. Connected mailboxes
Connecting a Gmail, Microsoft or other mailbox lets Minket send email as that mailbox when you ask it to. Connect only mailboxes you are allowed to send from. You can remove one at any time.
7. Intellectual property
Minket owns the service, its software and its brand. You may use the service while these terms apply, but not copy it or build a competing service from it. Feedback you send may be used without obligation.
8. Termination
You can stop using Minket and delete your account at any time. Minket can suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or with notice for any other reason. Data is then deleted as the privacy policy describes.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Minket does not guarantee that every email will be delivered or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Minket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. You are responsible for claims arising from the email you send or your breach of these terms.
11. Changes
Changes to these terms are published on this page, and significant ones are sent by email before they apply. Continuing to use Minket after a change means accepting it.
12. Contact
