# Send through Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP mailbox

## Each kind keeps its own Sent copy

The person finds what was sent for them where they would look for it.

## Consent comes back within minutes

The consent link lasts 10 minutes and returns to an address you choose.

## SMTP mailboxes are tested and need TLS

A test login runs before anything is saved, and a server without TLS is refused before the password goes.

## Questions

### Do I need a verified domain?

No. The mailbox's provider vouches for the sender.

### How many mailboxes per project?

Up to 50.

### How large can one email be?

Up to 25 MB through Gmail and 3 MB through Microsoft; an SMTP server sets its own limit.
